traditional dry-stone and mortared stone masonry In the Blue Ridge and Beyond.
Trained in the United Kingdom, I have built garden walls, retaining walls of all sizes, stockproof farm walls, stairs, bridges, gateways, yard art, interior and exterior home features, pitched (a.k.a., "cobbled") driveways and pathways, and fire pits. I am proud to work with quarried stone and fieldstone alike, as well as on new projects or restorations/repairs. No project is too small.
All projects are priced by the square foot and according to technical difficulty.
I also work as a welder / steel fabricator and a heavy equipment operator (primarily telehandlers and straight-mast forklifts) at various times of year, so please feel free to inquire about those services as well.
Please contact me with any questions, or to arrange for a site visit, design discussion, and estimate.
